We provide a limited warranty on shipping containers sold through our website.

  • New / One-Trip Containers: Covered by a 12-month structural warranty
  • Used Containers: Covered by a 3-month structural warranty

The warranty applies from the date of delivery.


2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Structural integrity of the container
  • Major defects affecting usability (e.g., significant holes, structural failure)
  • Doors not functioning as intended at the time of delivery
  • Issues that were not disclosed prior to purchase

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (especially for used containers)
  • Surface rust, dents, or cosmetic imperfections
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper handling, misuse, environmental exposure)
  • Modifications or alterations made by the customer or third parties
  • Improper installation or placement

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us within the applicable warranty period
  • Provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • If the issue is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, reasonable costs may be covered by us

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, business interruption)

8. Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
