All returns must be arranged through our team.

  • Customers must contact us to request return authorization before any return
  • Returns are handled via heavy transport (tilt tray, side loader, or crane truck)
  • Customers must ensure the container is accessible for collection

5. Return Costs

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs (non-defective returns)

Return Label:

  • Return label / transport arrangement is the responsibility of the customer

Original Shipping Fee:

  • The original 400 A$ delivery fee is non-refundable

Additional Costs:

  • Additional logistics or handling charges may apply depending on accessibility and location

All costs will be clearly communicated before return approval.


6. Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies (free)

7. Defective or Non-Defective Products

Defective Products:

If a container has a verified defect or damage not disclosed prior to purchase:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided

If approved, we may offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement (subject to availability)
  • Partial or full refund

We will cover reasonable costs associated with confirmed defective products.


Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind):

  • Returns are accepted at our discretion
  • The customer is responsible for all return transport costs
  • Refunds will exclude:
    • Delivery fees
    • Any incurred logistics costs

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered if:
